"Hey- there it is!" Dawn said excitedly while pointing at the building in front of the pair of teens.
It was a normal enough looking fast-food place, maybe a little more square. It was also made out of bricks, which was odd, and had a side entrance. Dawn had seen similar doors, and had found that curiously, most of them led to basements. Which was normal enough if somebody needed to quick duck into the cellar during a tornado, but why would a shop have one? And why would anyone even want to be there, much less have easy access? There was a sign in front of it, but Dawn was too occupied with the main entrance to read it or care.
It had taken them quite a bit to reach their destination, but here they were, safe and sound. The walk had been nice too; really it was a gorgeous day.
Dawn walked in and immediately went to the back and looked up at where the specials and items and flavors were located. Under "Malts" quite a few varieties were listed. But it took the female no time at all to decide. "I'm definitely getting chocolate. What about you?" The dark blonde asked Meg.

Meg had been walking with Dawn around the town. She didn't mind the fact that they were walking around, for to her, it was almost like practice for Gym or something. So, truely, it didn't mind to her. They came across a building, and smiled as Dawn said that it was the building that they were looking for. "Great!" she responded just as excitedly as they were going to the building.
The building looked like a regular fast-food restaurant, though it still seemed a bit odder than regular ones. For example, it was made out or bricks. A second example would be the fact that it had a side door, which could lead to two different things. One of which could be the freezer of the place. Or, it could be a place for its employees. However, the door hadn't concerned Meg. Oh, sure, she found it to be wierd. But, she did nothing to try to figure out what it was, or what it led to .
Meg walked in right after Dawn, and looked around for the menu of the place. She had found it in the back of the place, and noticed the category of "Malts" on there. Her brown eyes scanned down the list that had been provided for them. "I'll get vanilla," she responded to Dawn.

Nodding at the other's choice, Dawn walked up to the counter and made both their orders. They came quickly ( malts don't really require that much preparation ) and the female slid over her papa's credit card as payment. Of course she hadn't planned on using her money; racking up giant bills on stuff she bought but never used was Dawn's only way of catching her father's attention. The fact that it was negative attention wasn't her fault. The rebelling teen wanted only to be acknowledged. Truly, was that too much to ask of her parents?
The female, actually emotionally stable, grabbed four straws. She placed one in the vanilla for Megan and three in the chocolate for herself. Then she walked back to where the blonde had left the girl standing.
It wasn't until now that Dawn felt a twinge of guilt. Meg could do stuff for herself. The dark blonde had been taking charge quite a bit too much for her comfort, and was ashamed that she only realized it now. "Vanilla for zee madame," the young lady said with a cheesy French accent, covering up her uncertainness with weirdness.
Now, it was time to include the other. Dawn could fix this error no problem. All it would take was a bit of time. "Where would you like to sit?"

Meg honestly wasn't used to the fact of someone else doing something for her, so she was slightly taken a-back by the suddenness of what Dawn did. Despite this, she didn't stop her or anything. She wasn't going to be rude. So, while Dawn was getting the malts, she looked around for a place to sit down. She knew that it didn't take that long to make a malt, so it probably would've been a waste to honestly go and do anything else. Or, to really even walk over to a table, as to not go and confuse Dawn or anything like that.
Meg looked over to Dawn as she picked up a total of four straws. 'I wonder why she did that for? Oh well, I'm sure that there is possibly some sane explination for it. But, even if there isn't, I should act as if it is a sane explination,' she thought to herself. She noticed that Dawn had placed three in her own, and stopped herself from giggling. 'Yeah, definately act as if there was a sane reason for her doing that, although there doesn't seem to be,' she thought to herself, keeping herself from giggling.
Meg looked over at Dawn as she walked back over to her, and giggled at what she had said to her. She knew that she didn't sound French at all. "Thank you madame," she replied back, through her giggles. She held onto the Vanilla malt in her hand. She held out her arm in a waitress fashion to a table near the middle. "Noshace una mesa," she stated in clear and fluent Spanish. Not only that, but also in her Spanish accent.
((ooc: "Noshace una mesa" means "A table for us.))

"Wow!" the blonde commented, impressed. She parked herself in a chair that Meg had chosen. A cozy spot, right in the center. Dawn was happy. Were she still playing selfish leader, this very table would've been her choice.
"I have no idea what you said, but it sure sounded pretty." The female felt a bit stupid for her own bad accent now. She wished she actually spoke a language. Pretending was so dull compared to the real deal. Dawn spent half a thought wondering if CGA offered languages, she hadn't seen any on her schedule. Then of course, she hadn't signed up for any either. Not that it mattered. She now diverted her full attention back to the conversation.
"How long have you been speaking Spanish?" asked the fatale, trying to keep it going. Keeping both ears wide open, she turned her gaze down to her ice cream, stirring the chocolaty goodness with the straws. She had this belief that foods kept their best flavors hidden in the most un-convenient place; in this case, the middle of the cup. Hollow tubes take from the bottom; sthingys from the top. Either way, the middle was the least accessible spot. But Dawn's taste buds would be too saturated with the lesser-but-still-very-yummy taste from the previous layers. It wouldn't be special if she waited.
While sucking from the center tube, she looked back up at Megan, green eyes curious.

Jared walked into the Burnt Burger, Weird name for a place he thought with a frown as he absentmindedly sat at the table next to two giggling girls. The waiter came seconds later and gave him a weird look before handing him a menu to look at and turning around, walking back to the kitchens.
Jared turned directly to the deserts page, he's been having a craving for something sweet ever since he arrived at CGA yesterday, but haven't had the time to get something. On the page he saw a eye-blinding pink milkshake, "Urgh." he said softly before looking at the next item on the menu, which was a huge bowl of vanilla ice cream with strawberrys. He nodded in acknowlagement to himself that that was what he wanted just as the waiter came over, this time wearing a small "friendly" grin.
"What will it be then?" the waiter asked him quickly, obviously wanting to get away from this "freak" as soon as possible. "That thing." Jaden said with a cold tone as he pointed at the Vanilla ice cream and strawberrys quickly then half threw the menu back at the waiter, who flinched and grabbed the menu and practicly running back to the kitchen.

A male with black hair and black eyeliner walked in. Dawn grinned at the irony that a guy could put on make-up better than she could. All the female was wearing right now was concealer to hide her freckles and a bit of a chap-stick-lip gloss combination in hopes of smoothing over the chapped skin. The blonde had a bad habit of biting her lower lip, which caused it to get rough and bleed. Not very attractive, needless to say.
She was a bit surprised when he sat behind Megan, at the table next to them. It was hard to continue looking at Meg for her answer when her eyes kept wandered over to the boy. His hair shone in the fluorescent lighting, and the black curve of his shoulder seemed relaxed and friendly. Dawn was thinking about inviting him over when a waitress came by. Regarding his treatment, the dark blonde wondered if perhaps there was something about the kid she wasn't seeing. He must be a regular, Dawn thought to herself. She pondered as to what he could have possibly done. So far he seemed fine.
When the bloke shoved the menu back into her hands, Dawn was a tad frightened. So violent! Not that it hadn't been provoked. Her worry melted away into pity. Dawn had seen over his shoulder as he pointed to the delicious looking ice cream platter with strawberries. Since herself and the brunette were also eating a cold treat, perhaps there was some way Dawn could strike up a conversation. . .
"Excuse me a sec," the golden fae said to Meg before sliding out of her chair and walking over to the emo? or maybe he was a goth, Dawn could never tell them apart. The female leaned onto the back of the chair directly across.
"Hiya," she said, voice wavering slightly. Now that she was actually doing it, she didn't feel so brave. But the girl wasn't the type to leave things half-done, so she went on. "My friend and I, Meg, are sitting at the table just behind you, I don't know if you saw us, but whatever." The teen had begun to ramble, as she did whenever she was flustered. "We've got ice cream too, malts actually, but same difference. I don't know, just feels like a sweets kind of day," she laughed stupidly. "I guess what I'm to do is invite you over to our table. No pressure, of course. But if I scare you, don't worry. She's a lot more normal than I am." And with that, the female returned to her seat. She would let the dark boy decided without any pressure from her presence if he wanted to join them or not.
"Sorry Meg, I'm listening now."

Meg shrugged lightly at Dawn's statement of awe to of what she said, and walked with her to the table. "Thanks," she stated as she sat down at the table with Dawn. She didn't think that Dawn was a selfish leader, but probably would've allowed her to continue doing so, since she didn't mind it. After all, she'd chose being a follower than a leader. However, if asked, she would very well chose to be the leader. But, she wouldn't be it automatically or anything.
Meg let out a soft giggle. "Noshace una mesa, means here's a table for us," she said to her. She figured that the girl may or may not feel odd that she had spoken with a rather fake French accent, while she had spoken with a real Spanish accent. She hadn't meant for Dawn to feel bad or anything by it, but at the same time, she just felt like she needed to say it. She had no idea why, but that was just of how she felt.
"I am Spanish, so I've been fluently speaking it for a while now actually. My family takes frequent trips back to Spain, so I get practice like that. If you do want to know how to speak it, feel free to ask," she said to her. Meg wanted to give that opportunity to her, for she knew that she didn't see a single thing about languages on the course lists. As she had been talking to Dawn, she mixed her drink a bit with the straws before sipping it through the straw.
Meg looked up from drinking her vanilla malt as she noticed the table next to them. Unknown to her before, Jared had walked over to that table, and sat down at it. Now, he had made a scene with the waiter. She made herself not giggle at the scene, and instead, smiled lightly. "Hi Jared," she called out to him. She watched as Dawn went over to him, and tried to invite him over to their table.

Just as Jared put his sthingy into his pudding to take a bite, the blond girl from the table next to him came over. Half suprised he tried to keep up with what she was saying but she was rambling so fast all he actually got is the "I guess what I'm to do is invite you over to our table.", he smiled as the girl walked back to the table and the other girl greeted him too. "Oh hi Megan." Jaden said as he stood up and sat down next to Megan. "I'm sorry didn't regognise you from behind." he said to her with a laugh before turning to Dawn, "Thank for the invite." he told her just as the waiter appeared and put his plate down infront of him and dissapeared again in a flash. "Well thank you." he said loadly to the waiter who was walking back to the kitchen again, "arse." he mutterd under his breath as the waiter dissapeared behind the door.
Jared was a weird person, one wouldn't exactly susspect him of being friendly or talkactive at all which of way most people labeld him "Goth." rather than "Emo." but he didn't like being labeld and liked being treated like a freak even less which is why he threw that menu at the waiter.
